Schema generator: start here
Schema generator inputs describe a real business, product or page so search engines can understand its details.
- Choose a type. Try Load example to see the fields.
- Enter your facts. Replace sample data and fix highlighted inputs.
- Export and validate. Copy your code, test it, then add it to the matching page.
Your input stays in this browser. Save your workspace or download your code before closing.
Schema types: choose your page or business
Schema properties: LocalBusiness
Schema field checks
Field completeness, not a Google validation score.
Schema search preview: illustrative only
A visual mockup of your text. Google can rewrite it or show no rich result; this is not a live search result.
Schema graph: connect multiple entities
Combine multiple schema entities into one unified @graph script.
Save each entity once. Conflicting IDs are blocked. The export includes saved entities only.
Schema markup code output
- HTML / Custom Site: Paste the
HTML <script>code right before</head>. - WordPress: The WP PHP export is scoped to a placeholder page ID. Replace 123 with the correct page ID in a code-snippet plugin, test on staging, and check for existing Rank Math or Yoast entities. Do not add page-specific markup globally.
- Next.js / React: Use the
Next.jstab component inside your page layout.
Advanced JSON editor
Edit any Schema.org type or property here. Imported nested data is retained. JSON syntax is checked; semantics still need external validation.
Raw JSON is the output source. Use “Use guided form” to return to form output.
Schema markup generator: how to build your JSON-LD
Digital Magma’s schema markup generator turns the facts on your page into structured data. Choose a type, complete the relevant fields and review the generated code before adding it to your website.
- Choose the page’s main subject. Use Local Business for a real business location, Product for an individual item, Article for editorial content, or Service for a service description. A type should describe what visitors can actually find on that page.
- Add accurate details. Business name, city and country are required in the guided Local Business form. Optional fields cover contact information, opening hours, images, social profiles and other properties. Use full HTTPS URLs for public pages and hosted images when available.
- Connect related entities. Use stable @id values to identify a business, website or person. Save related entities in the graph builder, then select the graph output when you want to export them together.
- Validate the result. Resolve the tool’s field warnings, inspect the JSON-LD and run the appropriate external validator. A syntactically valid object does not guarantee eligibility for a Google search feature.
JSON-LD generator types and advanced options
This JSON-LD generator includes 17 guided types: Local Business, Organization, Product, Service, FAQ Page, Article, Breadcrumb, Course, Job Posting, Event, How-To, Video, Recipe, Person, WebSite, Software App and Review. The advanced editor also accepts nested JSON-LD and properties beyond the guided forms.
Use an imported object when you already have structured data to revise. The graph builder helps identify conflicting or repeated entity IDs. Keep the original backup until you have compared the exported object with the source. Example data illustrates the format and must be replaced with your own facts.
Schema generator questions
Is this schema markup generator tool free?
The tool is free to use without an account. There is no payment required to build or download markup. Digital Magma’s paid implementation services are separate from access to this tool.
Does every schema type qualify for a Google rich result?
Schema.org describes more types than Google displays in its results. The generator retains useful and legacy types, but a type’s presence in the tool does not mean Google will show an enhanced result. Check current feature documentation before deployment.
Can I use FAQ, How-To and WebSite Search markup?
These types can describe relevant page content, but their former Google FAQ, How-To and sitelinks search-box displays are no longer available. Use them for accurate meaning rather than a promised search appearance.
Where does my schema input go?
Schema input is processed in your browser. Save a workspace file or export the code to keep a copy. Website analytics preferences are separate; the generator does not need an account or send your entered schema to an AI service.
How should I validate the generated markup?
Use the Schema.org validator for vocabulary and structure, then Google’s Rich Results Test for supported Google result formats. Also compare each value with the visible page. The generator checks common inputs, but it is not a complete semantic or eligibility validator.
Schema markup export: what to do next
Schema markup export is ready for installation only after you review the fields and choose the format your website supports.
- Choose the right format. Use HTML script for a page template, Raw JSON for a JSON-LD field, or a framework-specific example.
- Update one matching page. Back up its current settings. In WordPress, use your existing SEO plugin where possible. Do not add competing copies of the same title, description or schema.
- Check the live result. Clear your page cache, inspect the published source and test the final URL. Run Schema.org Validator and, for supported Google search results, Rich Results Test.
- Keep a copy. Download your output before leaving. Save workspace keeps an editable backup you can restore later.
Found a problem? Report it with your browser and reproduction steps. Keep passwords and private client data out of the message.
