Outsource PPC management: what it means

To outsource PPC management is to hand the planning, building and daily optimisation of your pay-per-click ads to an outside team while you keep the ad accounts, budget and data. Digital Magma’s outsourced PPC management covers Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: tracking, keywords, ads, bids, negatives, landing-page advice and a monthly report on cost per lead or sale.

What changes, what stays

The work moves. Ownership does not. Once you outsource, someone outside your payroll reads the search terms report, writes and tests the ads, sets bids and answers for the numbers at the end of the month. The Google Ads account, the card on file, the conversion data in Google Analytics 4 and every year of campaign history still belong to the business paying for the clicks.

That split matters more than any sales promise. A good outsourced team works inside assets you control, with the access level you chose, and you can withdraw that access whenever you like. A poor arrangement does the reverse: the agency opens the account under its own name, pays Google itself and sends you a single invoice with one number on it. You then have no way to check what Google actually charged, and leaving means starting again from zero.

This page is about that decision and how to make it safely. For the campaign mechanics themselves (match types, Shopping feeds, bid strategies by campaign type), our PPC services page goes deeper.

Benefits

Outsource PPC management: the benefits that matter

Outsource PPC management and the real gain is attention: a specialist who opens your account every week and brings patterns from other accounts. Digital Magma lists six benefits below, and each one comes with a condition.

Weekly specialist hours

In many small companies, ads are one line in a marketing manager’s job and get looked at when something breaks. An outsourced specialist has the account on a schedule. The condition: the scope must say how often, in writing.

Patterns from many accounts

Someone who runs several accounts sees the same problems early: a sudden flood of irrelevant search terms, a bid strategy stuck in learning, Performance Max drifting onto brand searches. One in-house person sees one account.

Tracking done properly

GA4 key events, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions and offline conversion import from a CRM are fiddly. Getting them right is what lets Smart Bidding chase sales instead of page views.

Tools you don’t pay for

Semrush and Ahrefs licences, Google Ads Editor workflows and Looker Studio reporting come with the service. For a single in-house hire, those subscriptions add up quickly.

Lower cost than a US hire

An India-based team costs less than a full-time specialist in the US, UK or Australia. The comparison table uses public pay data so you can do the sum yourself.

Holiday and sick cover

A team keeps search-term reviews and budget checks going when one person is away. A single employee or freelancer usually cannot.

Benefits only show up if the basics are in place. If you have no conversion tracking or no landing page that converts, read the “not yet” section before you hire anyone.

Self-check

Outsource PPC management when you see these signs

Outsource PPC management when the account is costing more attention than anyone on your team can give it. These six signs are common reasons to bring in outside help, each with the first thing Digital Magma would check.

Cost per lead up three months running

Clicks are steady but each lead costs more. First check: whether a match-type or bid-strategy change crept in, and whether the target CPA was ever compared with your margin.

Nobody has opened the search terms report

Weeks go by without a review. First check: spend on job seekers, “free” and DIY searches, and competitor names you never meant to buy.

Google Ads and the CRM disagree

The account shows 120 conversions and sales counted 40 leads. First check: duplicate tags, page views counted as conversions, and calls not counted at all.

Performance Max takes the budget

It spends most of the money and nobody can say where. First check: brand exclusions, channel reporting and how much of the “result” was people already searching for your name.

The ads person left

Or ads were “added” to someone’s job. First check: who holds Admin access, which manager accounts are linked, and whether old users still have access.

Growth plans with no time to build

You want Microsoft Advertising, a second country or a Shopping feed. First check: whether the core Google account is clean enough to copy.

Honest answer

Outsource PPC management? When you should not, yet

Outsource PPC management later, not now, if any of the cases below describes you. Digital Magma would rather say so in the audit than take a fee for an account that cannot work.

Fix these first

  • No conversion tracking. Without it, nobody can judge a keyword or a bid. We can set tracking up as a one-off project before any monthly work.
  • A landing page that leaks. Ads only buy more visitors for a page that loses them. Slow mobile pages and long forms come first.
  • A budget too small to learn from. See the maths on the right.
  • Hour-by-hour changes during Pacific business hours. If your offer or stock changes many times a day, you need someone in your time zone. Our hours section shows exactly when we work.
  • Regulated claims. Legal, medical and financial advertisers often need a licensed reviewer in their own country to approve ad copy. Keep that person in the loop.

The small-budget maths

LocaliQ’s 2026 search advertising benchmarks put the average Google Ads conversion rate at 8.18% and the average cost per click at $5.42, across industries. Those are averages, not your numbers, but they show the shape of the problem.

About 12clicks per conversion at an 8.18% conversion rate
About 185clicks a month from $1,000 at a $5.42 cost per click
About 15conversions a month from that $1,000

Fifteen conversions a month across a whole account is thin. Split across three campaigns, each bid strategy gets five data points a month and learns very slowly. At that level, a single tightly run Search campaign usually beats a busy account, and a management fee eats a large share of the total. Sometimes the better spend is a one-off audit and a training call.

Source: LocaliQ, “2026 Search Advertising Benchmarks“, last updated 1 June 2026. Our arithmetic, rounded.

The trade-offs nobody puts on the sales page

An outside team does not overhear the sales meeting where someone says the new product line is delayed. You lose that hallway context and replace it with written briefs, a shared calendar of promotions and a monthly call. Some owners find this discipline useful. Others find it tiring. Plan for some time each month to answer questions, more in the first quarter than later.

Fit

Outsourced PPC management for local, ecommerce, SaaS and B2B

Outsourced PPC management works differently for each business model, because what counts as a conversion changes. Here is what Digital Magma sets up first for each type.

Local service businesses

Call ads and call tracking, location assets tied to the Google Business Profile, tight radius targeting and ad schedules that match the hours someone answers the phone. In the US, we also look at whether Local Services Ads fit your trade.

Ecommerce stores

A clean product feed in Google Merchant Center first, then Shopping and Performance Max. We decide between a feed-only Performance Max set-up and one with full creative assets based on what you can supply.

SaaS companies

Demo requests and trial sign-ups as conversions, with qualified pipeline sent back through offline conversion import so bidding learns which searches turn into paying accounts.

B2B with long sales cycles

Fewer, more valuable conversions. Microsoft Advertising’s LinkedIn profile targeting helps here, and we report on qualified leads from the CRM rather than raw form fills.

Healthcare and education

Google restricts some ad types in these sectors and needs certification for a few, such as online pharmacies in certain countries. We check policy before we write a word of copy.

Agencies

If you resell PPC to your own clients, the arrangement is different. Read the agency section.

Every month

Outsource PPC management: what’s included every month

Outsource PPC management to Digital Magma and the monthly scope is written down before work starts, so you can compare it line by line with any other proposal. This is the standard list. Larger accounts get more tests and more frequent reviews, and the written scope says which.

  • Tracking health: GA4 key events, Google Tag Manager, enhanced conversions and call tracking checked so each conversion fires once
  • Search terms report, weekly: new negative keywords added at campaign or account level, and new keyword ideas noted
  • Bid strategy and budget pacing: targets checked against margin, spend checked against the monthly plan
  • Ad and asset tests: responsive search ads headlines and descriptions, sitelinks, images and callouts
  • Feed and Google Merchant Center health: disapprovals, price mismatches and missing attributes, for stores
  • Landing page notes: written recommendations. Our web design team can build pages, quoted separately
  • Change log: every meaningful change, with a date and a reason, kept in a shared document
  • Report and 30-minute call: once a month, with next month’s tests agreed

Campaign-type detail (how we structure Search, Shopping, Performance Max and AI Max for Search) lives on our PPC services page, so we don’t repeat it here.

Platforms

Outsource PPC management across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

Outsource Google Ads management first, then add Microsoft Advertising once the Google account is clean. That is the order Digital Magma recommends for US, UK, Canadian and Australian accounts.

PlatformWhat we run thereHow it fits an outsourced set-up
Google AdsSearch, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTubeThe core of nearly every engagement
Microsoft AdvertisingSearch and Shopping imported from Google, then tuned on their own data. LinkedIn profile targeting for B2BUsually added in month two or three
Meta and LinkedIn adsPaid social for demand creation and B2B targetingAvailable, planned by our online advertising team
Amazon AdsSponsored Products, Brands and DisplayRun by our Amazon marketing team

Is Microsoft Advertising worth it in the US?

StatCounter measured Bing at 9.89% of US search engine market share in September 2026. That is a minority share, yet it can still matter for B2B and higher-ticket offers. Because a Google campaign can be imported, the set-up cost is small. We then cut whatever does not convert there.

Source: StatCounter Global Stats, “Search Engine Market Share United States Of America“, September 2026.

Why one platform at a time

Every new platform adds a second set of conversion tags, a second budget and a second report. If the Google account still double-counts leads, a Microsoft import copies the error. We would rather have one platform reporting honestly than two reporting nonsense.

Process

Outsource PPC management to Digital Magma in 6 steps

Outsource PPC management to Digital Magma and the first month follows the same six steps every time. Each step ends with something you can read, sign or check.

1

Free account audit

You grant read-only access. We send written findings on wasted spend, tracking gaps and structure problems, ranked by money at stake.

2

Scope and fee in writing

A written scope with the management fee stated before your first payment, as Google’s third-party rules require. You sign only when it is clear.

3

Access set-up

You invite our account lead at Standard access or accept a link from our manager account without ownership. You stay Admin. We send an access checklist.

4

Tracking fixed first

Conversion actions are tested against real form fills, calls and CRM records until the numbers match.

5

Rebuild or optimise

Structure, keywords, negative keywords, ads and bidding. Every change goes into the change log with its reason.

6

Report, call, decide

A monthly report and call. Together we decide to scale, hold or stop each test for the next month.

Ownership

Outsource PPC management without losing your account

Outsource PPC management on one condition: the Google Ads account, the payment method and the data stay in your name. With Digital Magma, ad spend never passes through us. You pay Google and Microsoft directly.

Google’s five access levels, in plain English

Google Ads gives every user one of five access levels. The table summarises Google’s own help page, “About access levels in your Google Ads account“.

LevelWhat it allowsWho should hold it
Email-onlyNotification emails and reportsAnyone who just needs the reports
BillingView and edit billing, payments and billing reportsYour finance person
Read-only accessView campaigns, users and billing, run reports. No editsAny agency doing an audit, including us
Standard accessEdit campaigns and run reports. Cannot change who has accessYour outsourced PPC team
Admin accessEverything, including adding or removing users, unlinking manager accounts and linking Google AnalyticsYou, and ideally a second person in your company

Google’s page also warns that an account with only one administrator can lose access to its tags if that person becomes unavailable. Name two Admins inside your company. It costs nothing and saves a support ticket later.

The manager account (MCC) question

Agencies usually work through a manager account, often called an MCC. When you accept a link from one, people with admin rights in that manager account can manage your campaigns. If the link includes ownership, Google says they can also edit user access, managers and product links inside your account. That is close to handing over the keys. Digital Magma asks for a link without ownership, or a Standard user invite. Either way, you can remove us whenever you choose.

One practical side effect: Standard users cannot link Google Analytics to import conversions, because Google reserves that for Admin. We send a short guide, or do it with you on a screen share in a few minutes.

GA4, Tag Manager and your customer data

  • Google Analytics 4: we ask for the Editor role, never Administrator, so you control who sees your data
  • Google Tag Manager: Edit or Publish permission on the container. The account stays yours
  • Customer lists: Customer Match and other first-party data stay in your account. Nothing is exported without written approval

If you leave

Campaigns, ads, negative keyword lists, audiences, conversion actions, scripts and the change log all stay in your account. You remove our access, and the next team inherits a working account with its history intact.

Buyer protection

Outsource PPC management safely: what Google requires of any PPC partner

Outsource PPC management to anyone, in any country, and Google’s own rules for third-party partners apply to them. Digital Magma treats these rules as the minimum and shows below how it meets each one.

Google publishes a third-party policy and a page of transparency requirements for agencies and resellers that buy or manage Google advertising for clients. Very few buyers read them. They are short, and they answer most of the questions people ask on forums about agency markups and hidden fees.

What Google requiresWhat it means for youHow Digital Magma meets it
Report “the exact amount charged by Google”, exclusive of the partner’s own feesYour report must show Google’s real cost, never a figure with a margin folded inSpend in our report comes straight from your account, and you can check it against Google’s invoice
Where a monthly report is required, include costs, clicks and impressions at account level, or let the client sign in to see themYou can always see the raw dataYou sign in to your own account any time, with Admin rights
Disclose management fees in writing before each first purchase and on all invoicesNo surprise fees, and the fee is visible on every billThe fee is written into the scope you sign and shown on each invoice
Give clients their customer ID when requestedYou can contact Google directly about your partnerIt is your account, so the customer ID is already on your screen
Use a separate account for each end advertiserYour Quality Score history is yours aloneEvery client runs in their own account
Avoid “false, misleading, or unrealistic claims” about costs and resultsGuaranteed CPAs or ROAS are a warning signWe give a range after the audit and explain the maths. No guarantees

The small-budget disclosure rule

Google adds one more rule for partners whose clients mostly spend small amounts. If 80% or more of a partner’s customers spend less than US$1,000 a month on Google Ads, the partner must link Google’s “Advertiser guide: Working with third parties” in a visible place on its website and point customers to it at each sale or renewal. Ask any provider you are speaking to whether this applies to them, and where they link it.

Quotes from Google Ads Help, “Transparency requirements” and “About Google third-party policies”, read on 14 October 2026. Google’s English version is the one it enforces.

Time zones

Outsource PPC management to India: hours, calls and time zones

Outsource PPC to India and the time difference becomes part of the plan. Digital Magma works Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), and India does not change its clocks.

Your citySummer timeWinter time
New York, Toronto (Eastern)11:30 pm – 11:30 am EDT10:30 pm – 10:30 am EST

London4:30 am – 4:30 pm BST3:30 am – 3:30 pm GMT
Sydney, Melbourne2:30 pm – 2:30 am AEDT1:30 pm – 1:30 am AEST

Our working window, 9 am to 9 pm IST, shown in local time. Australian “summer time” (AEDT) runs from October to April. For US cities, the window opens the evening before the local weekday. Monday 9 am in Noida is Sunday 11:30 pm in New York in summer.

What this means for a paid account

For a US client, our day runs through your night and into your morning. Budget pacing checks and search-term reviews are done before your team sits down, and calls fit between 8 and 10 am Eastern all year round. A change you ask for at 3 pm Eastern lands in our next working window, which opens that night at 11:30 pm Eastern in summer.

UK clients share most of our afternoon. Australian clients share their afternoon and evening with our morning.

The gap to plan for is the weekend. From Saturday 9 pm IST until Monday 9 am IST, nobody on our side is working. Automated rules, shared budget caps and campaign end dates cover that gap, and we set them up for known risks such as a sale ending on a Sunday.

  • Channels: email, WhatsApp and video calls
  • One named account lead who knows your account and your history
  • Written briefs for promotions, stock changes and price changes

We do not quote a fixed reply time. Within our working window, the account lead picks up messages through the day.

Google’s third-party rules still apply to you as the reseller, so the client keeps Admin and sees Google’s real cost.

Agencies should read our white label PPC management page, which covers manager-account set-up and disclosure under Google’s third-party rules. If you resell SEO as well, see white label SEO services.

Fees

Outsource PPC management cost: fee models and what moves the price

Outsource PPC management and you pay two separate bills: ad spend, which goes from your card to Google or Microsoft, and a management fee to the team running the account. Digital Magma quotes the fee only after a project review.

What moves the quote

  • Number of platforms and campaigns
  • Countries and languages
  • Product feed size and complexity
  • State of conversion tracking on day one

Why we don’t publish a PPC price

Two accounts with the same spend can need very different work. A store with 4,000 products and a broken feed is a different job from a plumber with one Search campaign. We would rather quote after seeing the account than publish a figure that fits nobody.

Ask us, and any other provider, to put notice periods and exit terms in writing before you sign.

Digital Magma’s only published prices are for SEO: from USD 600 a month, a one-time SEO audit at USD 500, and local SEO from USD 500 a month (in India, local SEO is ₹40,000 a month plus GST). See SEO packages.

How your service quote is scoped

₹40,000 is our minimum paid engagement, not a fixed price for every service or a promise that every deliverable is included. For this service, the quote depends on advertising platforms, campaigns, target markets, creative production, conversion tracking and landing-page work. Advertising spend is separate from our agency fee.

Recurring work is quoted per month; a standalone audit, build or production project is quoted separately. Your proposal confirms deliverables, quantities, timelines, revisions, applicable taxes and third-party costs before work begins. Larger programmes are custom quoted with no upper price limit.

Compare

Outsourced PPC management vs in-house vs freelancer

Outsourced PPC management suits businesses that need several skills at once without a full-time salary. In-house wins when ads are central to the business and spend is large and steady. Digital Magma has seen all three work.

FactorOutsourced team (Digital Magma)In-house hireFreelancer

Best forSmall and mid-size accounts, several platforms or countriesLarge, fast-moving accountsOne simple campaign

What an in-house hire costs in the US

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Occupational Outlook Handbook puts median pay for “market research analysts and marketing specialists” at $78,760 a year (May 2025 data). That group is broader than PPC alone, so treat it as a rough marker. It also excludes benefits, tool licences and the months it takes to hire.

The hybrid most large accounts end up with

Big, fast-moving accounts often keep one in-house owner who knows the business and outsources specialist work: tracking, feeds, Microsoft Advertising or a new country. That arrangement keeps context inside and skills outside. If you’d rather add people to your own team, see how to hire digital marketing experts or hire an SEO expert in India.

Buyer’s guide

Outsource PPC management: how to choose a partner (checklist and red flags)

Outsource PPC management only to a partner who passes this checklist. Use it on every provider you speak to, Digital Magma included.

Green flags

  • You stay Admin on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
  • The management fee is written down before you pay anything
  • Reports show the exact cost Google charged
  • You know the name of the person working on the account
  • Tracking is audited before any campaign changes
  • A change log you can read at any time

Red flags

  • The account is opened in the agency’s name, not yours
  • Ad spend billed through the agency with no access to Google’s invoices
  • A guaranteed CPA, ROAS or “position one”
  • Long lock-ins agreed before any results
  • Search terms visibility refused or “not needed”
  • A request for manager account ownership with no clear reason

8 questions to ask before you sign

  • Who exactly will touch my account each week?
  • How often do you review the search terms report?
  • How will you check that conversions match my CRM?
  • What access level do you need, and why?
  • Is your fee separate from ad spend, and on every invoice?
  • How do you set the target CPA or target ROAS?
  • What do you need from me each month?
  • What happens to campaigns, audiences and scripts if we part ways?

Measurement

Outsource PPC management: KPIs, reporting and 2026 benchmarks

Outsource PPC management and judge the partner on the numbers tied to money: cost per lead or cost per acquisition, ROAS and the share of leads that become sales. Digital Magma reports those first and uses public benchmarks only as a sense check.

The KPIs we report

CPL / CPAcost per lead, cost per acquisition
ROASrevenue divided by ad spend, for stores
Conversion rateconversions divided by clicks
Impression shareauctions you appeared in, and why you missed the rest
Search-term qualityshare of spend on terms that match what you sell
Lead-to-sale ratefrom your CRM, where you share it
Search ads, all industriesLocaliQ 2026 average
Click-through rate6.64%
Cost per click$5.42
Conversion rate (Google Ads)8.18%
Cost per lead$66.69

Source: LocaliQ, “2026 Search Advertising Benchmarks“, last updated 1 June 2026. Cross-industry averages, not targets.

An average hides a lot. A personal injury lawyer and a pet shop sit at opposite ends of every column, and the data leans towards US advertisers. Use these figures to spot outliers, such as a click-through rate far below average on non-brand search. Your own history is the better yardstick.

What the monthly report looks like

Spend (Google’s exact figure, taken from your account), leads or sales, cost per lead or ROAS against target, the best and worst campaigns, wasted search terms we excluded, tests run with what they showed, and the plan for next month. Reports are built in Looker Studio, so you can open them whenever you like between calls.

Automation

Outsource PPC management with Performance Max and AI Max running the auctions

Outsource PPC management today and much of the bidding and matching is done by Google’s own systems. Digital Magma’s job has shifted towards the inputs those systems learn from and the reports that show what they did.

Inputs decide results

Conversion values, first-party data such as customer lists, product feed quality, brand exclusions and negative keywords. A Performance Max campaign fed page views as conversions will find page-viewers very efficiently.

Read what PMax did

We review Performance Max search-term and channel reporting every week, check how much went to brand searches, and keep a separate Search campaign for your best terms so there is something to compare against.

AI Max for Search, tested carefully

AI Max for Search widens matching and rewrites ad text. We test it on one campaign with URL and brand controls switched on, and compare search-term quality before rolling it out.

Demand Gen and remarketing

Demand Gen reaches YouTube, Discover and Gmail users. We use it mainly for remarketing to past visitors, where the audience already knows you.

Ads inside AI answers

Ads in AI Overviews and in chatbots are limited to certain markets and formats, and the list keeps changing. We check eligibility for your country rather than promise a placement.

Organic AI visibility

Being cited in AI answers for free is a separate discipline. Our AEO agency page covers it.

More detail on each campaign type, including Quality Score and match types under automation, is on the PPC services page.

First quarter

Outsource PPC management: what happens in the first 90 days

Outsource PPC management to Digital Magma and the first 90 days split into three blocks: clean up, test, then grow. The order matters more than the dates.

Days 1–30

Audit and clean-up

Audit, access set-up, conversion tracking fixed and tested. Wasted spend cut through negatives and paused campaigns. A baseline report so later months have something to compare with.

Days 31–60

Structure and tests

Account structure tidied, new ad tests, bid strategy changes in small steps, and the first landing page fixes.

Days 61–90

Scale what works

Budget moved to the winners, a Microsoft Advertising import or a new country if the data supports it, and a written quarterly review.

Smart Bidding needs a learning period after big changes, so the first month often looks noisy. Judging an account on its first two weeks usually leads to the wrong decision.

FAQs

Outsource PPC management: frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to outsource PPC management?

Outsourcing PPC management costs two things: ad spend, paid by you directly to Google or Microsoft, and a management fee. Digital Magma quotes the fee after a project review, because it depends on platforms, campaigns, countries, feed size and the state of your tracking. The fee is written into the scope and shown on every invoice.

Who owns my Google Ads account if I outsource PPC?

You should, and with Digital Magma you do. The account is in your business’s name, billed to your card, and you hold Admin access. We work with Standard access or through a manager account link without ownership, so you can remove us at any time and keep all campaigns, data and history.

Is it safe to give an agency in India access to my Google Ads account?

It is as safe as the access level you grant. Give any outside team Standard access, never Admin, keep two Admins in your own company, and review the user list every quarter. Digital Magma asks for Standard access only, and Google’s own access controls let you see and remove every user.

Do I pay my ad spend to you or to Google?

You pay Google and Microsoft directly, from your own card or invoice account. Digital Magma bills only its management fee, separately. That way the cost in your report is exactly what Google charged, which is what Google’s transparency rules ask partners to report.

What pricing models do PPC agencies use?

The common models are a flat monthly fee, a percentage of ad spend, a hybrid of a base fee plus a percentage above a spend threshold, and a fixed project fee for builds or audits. A percentage fee can reward spending more, so ask how the agency decides when to raise budgets.

Is outsourcing PPC better than hiring in-house?

It depends on size. Outsourcing suits small and mid-size accounts that need tracking, feeds and several platforms without a full salary. In-house suits large, fast-moving accounts. Many larger advertisers combine both: an in-house owner plus an outsourced team for specialist work.

What are the disadvantages of outsourcing PPC?

You lose day-to-day context, so you have to brief the team in writing on promotions, stock and pricing. Time zones limit same-hour changes. And a badly chosen agency can hold your account or hide its markup. Keeping Admin access and reading Google’s third-party rules removes most of that risk.

Is there a minimum ad spend or contract?

Digital Magma agrees terms in a written scope after the audit, and you should read the notice and exit terms before signing, with us or anyone else. If your budget is too small for the account to learn, we will say so and may suggest a one-off audit instead of monthly management.

How do I know my PPC agency isn’t marking up my ad spend?

Ask for Admin access and compare the spend in your report with Google’s own invoice or billing summary. Google requires partners to report the exact amount Google charged, without their own fees. If the agency pays Google itself and you cannot see that invoice, treat it as a red flag.

Can you take over campaigns from my current agency or freelancer?

Digital Magma can take over an existing account. Make sure you hold Admin access before you give notice, ask the outgoing team for their change history, and pause old campaigns rather than delete them, since their history still helps. We audit first, then change things in stages.

Do you manage Microsoft Ads and Performance Max?

Digital Magma manages both. Microsoft Advertising campaigns are usually imported from Google once the Google account is clean, then tuned on their own data. Performance Max runs with brand exclusions, weekly search-term and channel reviews, and a separate Search campaign for comparison.

What hours will you be working on my account?

Digital Magma works Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm IST. That is 11:30 pm to 11:30 am Eastern in US summer time, 4:30 am to 4:30 pm in London in summer, and 2:30 pm to 2:30 am in Sydney during daylight saving. Automated rules cover weekends.

How soon will outsourced PPC show results?

Wasted spend usually drops in the first month, once negatives and tracking are fixed. Bid strategies then need a learning period, so cost per lead tends to settle in the second month, and scaling starts in the third. A new account with no history takes longer than a takeover.

Can you guarantee a cost per lead or ROAS?

No honest partner can guarantee a cost per lead or ROAS before seeing your data, and Google’s third-party policy warns against unrealistic claims about results. Digital Magma gives a realistic range after the audit, explains how it was worked out, and reports against it every month.
