White label PPC management: what it is and how the model works

White label PPC management is pay-per-click advertising run by a specialist partner and sold by an agency under its own brand. The agency keeps the client, sets the price and presents results. The partner builds, monitors and improves the campaigns in the background. Digital Magma provides it for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

The model in plain terms

PPC describes how you pay: per click. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising are the platforms where those clicks are bought. A reseller arrangement sits on top of both. Your agency signs the client, owns the conversation and invoices for the result. A partner like Digital Magma does the account work that needs a specialist’s hours: keyword research, campaign builds, search-term reviews, bid targets, ad tests and the report draft.

Agencies usually arrive here for one of three reasons. An SEO or web design client asks for Google Ads. The one in-house paid search person is overloaded or has resigned. Or a new Shopping or Microsoft Advertising account needs skills nobody on the team has used in a year.

White label PPC management is never ad-spend arbitrage, where someone buys clicks and resells them at a hidden margin. Google’s rules for third parties make that a policy problem as well as an ethical one, as the Google rules section explains.

Who owns what

White label PPC roles: what your agency, Digital Magma and your client each own

White label PPC management works when every party knows its lane before the first campaign goes live. Digital Magma writes the split down at onboarding, starting from the table below, so nobody argues about it in month four.

Recommended set-up: the client pays Google and Microsoft directly from its own payment method on its own account. Your agency invoices the client for management, and we invoice your agency. The accounts section shows how the access chain works.

Fit

White label PPC agency partners: who this is built for

A white label PPC agency arrangement suits firms that already hold the client relationship and need paid search delivered well. These are the five agency types Digital Magma has in mind, and what each usually asks for first.

SEO agencies

Clients want leads this quarter while organic rankings build. Paid search fills the gap, and its search terms feed keyword ideas back to your SEO work.

Web design studios

A new site launches with zero traffic. A launch campaign brings visitors on day one and shows which pages convert. Our web design team can build pages too, quoted separately.

Social media agencies

A Meta client asks why you are not on Google. Search captures the demand social ads create, and we plan both so conversion tags don’t overlap. Your social work stays yours.

Consultants and fractional CMOs

You set strategy for several companies and don’t want to live inside Google Ads. You keep the board-level conversation and we handle the account hours.

PPC teams needing overflow

A big new win, a parental leave or a feed rebuild stretches the team. We take specific accounts or tasks, inside your processes.

Not a fit for everyone

Some agencies do better referring the client direct, or hiring. The not-a-fit section lists the cases.

Scope

White label PPC services we manage: Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Microsoft Ads

Digital Magma’s white label PPC services cover the main Google Ads campaign types plus Microsoft Advertising. Each client gets a scope written for its business model, because an online store and a law firm need different campaigns, different KPIs and different reports.

Google Search

The core of most lead-generation accounts.

  • Keyword and match type planGrouped by intent, match types chosen per theme
  • Responsive search adsWritten to the client’s offer, pinned only where a claim must appear
  • Ad assetsSitelinks, callouts, snippets, call and location assets
  • Negative keywordsShared lists for jobs, free, DIY and competitor terms
  • Ad schedules and locationsMatched to when the phone gets answered

Shopping and Performance Max

For ecommerce clients with a product feed.

  • Product feed checksTitles, GTINs, prices and disapprovals in the client’s Google Merchant Center
  • Asset groupsSplit by category or margin, with first-party audience signals
  • Brand exclusionsSo Performance Max can’t claim existing brand searches
  • Listing groupsBest sellers and low-margin items handled separately

Microsoft Advertising

Usually added once the Google account is clean.

  • Google import with checksImported campaigns reviewed for bid, budget and tracking differences
  • LinkedIn profile targetingCompany, industry and job function bid adjustments for B2B clients
  • Separate negativesSearch partners on Microsoft behave differently, so we review them on their own

Custom scope

Quoted per brief, not included by default.

  • Remarketing and Demand GenYouTube, Discover and Gmail placements, mostly for warm audiences
  • Landing-page buildsBy our web design team, with copy from our content writers
  • Paid socialMeta and LinkedIn campaigns, planned by our online advertising team

Ecommerce clients get a return on ad spend target set from their margins, since a store at 30% gross margin cannot live on a 2x ROAS. Lead-generation clients get a cost per qualified lead target, which needs the client’s sales team to mark which enquiries were qualified.

Process

White label PPC management process: 8 steps from access to first report

The white label PPC management process at Digital Magma runs in eight steps for every new client account. Your agency approves the output of steps 4, 6 and 7 before anything changes in the client’s account.

1

NDA and partner terms

If you want a non-disclosure agreement before sharing client names, we sign it first. Partner terms and the scope follow.

2

Client brief

The offer, margins or the value of a lead, target locations, main competitors and, importantly, what your agency has already promised the client.

3

Access through your manager account

The client account links to your agency’s manager account. Our specialists work as users in that manager account.

4

Audit or plan

For a live account, an audit of structure, tracking, search terms and wasted spend. For a new one, a written account plan. Both come to you for approval.

5

Tracking fixed and tested

Conversion actions are tested with real form fills and calls before new money goes in. You get the test log.

6

Build or restructure

Campaigns, ads, assets and negatives built in Google Ads Editor, with every change written into a change log.

7

Launch with your sign-off

Nothing goes live until you say so. The first weeks get daily checks on spend, search terms and disapprovals.

8

First branded report

A report in your branding, or unbranded, then a monthly report and a review call with your team.

Agencies whose clients complain about junk leads should read our guide to a Google Ads lead quality audit before raising any budget.

Measurement first

White label PPC tracking: conversions checked before a dollar is spent

White label PPC tracking is the step Digital Magma refuses to skip, because every automated bid strategy learns from whatever the account calls a conversion. Feed it page views and it will buy page views, very efficiently, with your client’s money.

Common faults: a conversion counted twice (a Google Ads tag and an imported GA4 key event both set as primary), a thank-you page anyone can reach, or phone calls not counted at all.

  • Conversion actions with a value: a purchase, qualified lead or booked call, valued as the client agrees
  • Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager: key events checked, and one clear source for bidding
  • Enhanced conversions: hashed first-party data to recover sales lost to cookie limits
  • Offline conversion import: CRM stages such as “qualified” or “won” sent back, so bidding learns from sales
  • Call tracking and spam filtering: where calls or junk forms distort the numbers
  • Consent mode: for clients with UK or EU visitors

Ownership and access

White label PPC accounts: ownership, manager accounts and access levels

White label PPC accounts should belong to the advertiser, sit under your agency’s manager account, and give Digital Magma working access only. That chain keeps your client’s data safe, keeps your brand in front, and keeps the partner replaceable.

1. Your client’s Google Ads account

Opened in the client’s business name, with the client’s payment method and at least one client user holding Admin access. Its customer ID is the client’s to keep.

2. Your agency’s manager account

The client accepts a link from your manager account. In the client’s account, the Managers list shows your agency’s name. You decide whether that link includes ownership.

3. Digital Magma’s specialists

Added as users inside your manager account, at the access level you choose. We manage campaigns through you. We never open a direct link to your client.

What Google says about manager accounts

Google defines a manager account as one that “lets you view and manage multiple Google Ads accounts” from one place (About Google Ads manager accounts). Two details on that page matter for resellers.

First, users of a client account don’t gain access to the manager account above it, or to other clients linked to it. Your clients cannot see each other or browse your agency’s MCC. Second, anyone with administrative access to the client account can unlink the manager account at any time. That right stays with the advertiser.

A manager account can also be given ownership of a client account, which lets it manage user access there. If your agency takes ownership, put it in the client contract and explain why.

Rules we follow on every client account

  • One advertiser, one account. Google’s third-party policy requires “a separate account for each end-advertiser that you manage”. We never run two clients from one account.
  • Client billing stays with the client. Ad spend goes from the client’s payment method to Google. Digital Magma bills your agency for management work only.
  • Access we ask for: Standard access is enough for campaign work. Admin stays with the client, and with your agency if your contract says so.
  • User list visibility: a client Admin can switch on “Show users in full hierarchy” and see users from linked manager accounts. Agencies wanting only their own domain shown usually issue their own logins to the specialists.
  • Microsoft Advertising: same principle. The client owns the account and billing, and your agency links in to manage it.

Offboarding

If the partnership ends, we remove our users, hand over the change log and notes, and leave every campaign, audience, conversion action and negative list in place. The account keeps its history.

Google’s help pages describe manager accounts and their user access levels in more detail: Manage users and access levels for your manager account and About access levels in your Google Ads account. Menu labels change from time to time, so check the current wording there.

Your obligations as the reseller

White label PPC and Google’s third-party policy: what your agency must disclose

White label Google Ads management makes your agency the third party in Google’s eyes, so Google’s third-party rules land on you, the reseller. Digital Magma sets every partnership up so your agency can meet them without naming us.

Google publishes a third-party policy for agencies, resellers and consultants who buy or manage Google advertising for someone else. The headline asks third parties to be “honest and transparent about your company, services, associated costs, and expected results”. The detail sits on a separate page of transparency requirements. Below, each requirement becomes a task for the agency selling white label PPC management.

Google’s requirementYour agency’s taskHow the white label set-up handles it
Monthly reporting, where your Google terms require it, with “costs, clicks, and impressions” per accountSend those figures monthly, or let the client sign in and see themOur report draft carries all three for every account, straight from Google Ads
Report “the exact amount charged by Google”, exclusive of your feesNever fold your fee into the media figureMedia cost and fees sit on separate lines. Our fee goes to your agency, never into the spend
Disclose any management fee in writing before each first purchase and on all invoicesFee in the proposal and on every client invoiceOurs is a cost to your agency and never appears on the client’s Google bill
Provide customer IDs when the client asksHand over the ID on requestThe account is the client’s, so it already has the ID
A separate account for each end advertiserNo pooled accountsOne account per client, always
No “false, misleading, or unrealistic claims” about costs or resultsNo guaranteed ROAS, CPA or “top position” in pitch decksWe give ranges after an audit, with the maths, for you to present

The disclosure notice for small-budget resellers

If 80% or more of your customers spend less than US$1,000 a month on Google Ads, Google requires you to share its Advertiser guide: Working with third parties with all of them. Link it somewhere clearly visible on your website, such as the homepage footer, and point clients to it at each new sale or renewal.

Agencies that resell PPC mostly to local businesses often cross that 80% line without noticing.

Does a white label partner have to be named?

Google’s third-party pages focus on costs, fees, reporting and honesty about results. Read on 14 October 2026, they don’t ask resellers to name subcontractors. Two cautions: if a client asks directly who works on its account, don’t mislead it, and check your client contract for subcontracting or data processing clauses. We can discuss a data processing agreement where needed.

Google also lists “verifying your customer’s account as your own” as an example of misrepresenting identity. Advertiser verification should be completed in the client’s own name.

Summary of Google’s published policy pages, read on 14 October 2026, not legal advice. Google states that the English version of its policies is the one it enforces.

Reporting

White label PPC reporting: branded reports your account managers can defend

Digital Magma’s white label PPC reporting arrives unbranded or in your agency’s branding, written so your account manager can present it without us on the call. Monthly is the default. A weekly snapshot can be added to the scope for accounts that need it.

Page one answers the client’s first question: did the money work? Spend, results and cost per result come first, in plain sentences, with detail behind them.

  • Per account: spend, clicks and impressions, which also covers Google’s minimum reporting requirement
  • Results: conversions, cost per conversion, and either ROAS or cost per qualified lead
  • Housekeeping: search terms added as negatives, disapprovals fixed, budget pacing against plan
  • Tests: what we tested, what happened, and what we kept
  • Next month: the plan, with anything that needs the client’s input flagged
  • Internal note for you only: risks, upsell ideas and things we would not put in front of the client yet

Reports are built in Looker Studio from the client’s own Google Ads and GA4 data, so your account managers can open a live version between monthly calls.

Time zones

White label PPC agency in India: time zones, hours and communication

A white label PPC agency in India works while much of North America sleeps, and Digital Magma plans white label PPC management around that. We work Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm India Standard Time (UTC+5:30), and India has no daylight saving.

What the gap does for a paid account

For a US agency, our day covers the client’s night and early morning, so overnight search terms, pacing and disapprovals are reviewed before your office opens. A US morning call fits our evening. UK agencies share most of our afternoon.

The weak spot is Sunday: nobody on our side works from Saturday 9 pm IST to Monday 9 am IST. For a weekend sale, we set budget caps, automated rules and ad end dates in advance, agreed with you on Friday.

  • One named contact for your agency
  • Email and scheduled video calls, plus WhatsApp for quick questions
  • Written requests for promotions, price changes and budget moves

We don’t publish a reply-time promise. Contact us to plan call times.

The craft

White label PPC optimisation: what we do every week and every month

White label PPC management only earns its fee through routine: the same checks, on a schedule, written into the change log. Here is the rhythm Digital Magma runs on each client account, which you can quote in your own proposals.

Every week

  • Search terms report reviewed and negative keywords added
  • Budget pacing against the monthly plan
  • Smart bidding targets (target CPA, target ROAS) checked against conversion volume
  • Disapproved ads and limited assets fixed
  • Feed errors and price mismatches for Shopping clients

Every month

  • Ad and asset tests closed and new ones started
  • Landing page experience and post-click conversion rate reviewed
  • Audience, device and location performance
  • Impression share lost to budget versus lost to rank
  • Performance Max asset group refresh
  • Microsoft Advertising import re-synced and checked

Every quarter

  • Account structure review: merge thin campaigns, split overloaded ones
  • New campaign opportunities from search term and competitor data
  • Quality Score trends by keyword theme
  • A short plan your agency can take into the client’s quarterly review

Impression share lost to budget is the clearest number for a budget talk: a campaign on target that loses impressions to budget can probably take more money. Campaign-type detail is on our PPC services page.

Stack

White label PPC tools: the stack we work in

Digital Magma’s white label PPC management work happens in the platforms’ own tools plus a short list of research and reporting software. Your agency buys no extra seats.

Most builds happen in Google Ads Editor, where every change is reviewed before posting. Semrush and Ahrefs supply competitor ad copy and keyword ideas. Google Search Console shows where the client already ranks organically.

Proof, labelled honestly

White label PPC proof: campaign types we have run, and what clients say

White label PPC management keeps client work confidential by design, so Digital Magma shows the scope of real paid-search projects instead. These were direct client engagements, not white label work, and no account figures are published.

Expectations

White label PPC benchmarks: what to tell clients about CPC, CTR and conversion rates

White label PPC benchmarks help your agency set expectations before a client signs. Digital Magma uses one dated, named source for cross-industry averages, then replaces them with the client’s own history as soon as the account has some.

$5.42average cost per click, search ads
6.64%average click-through rate
8.18%average Google Ads conversion rate
$66.69average cost per lead

Source: LocaliQ, “2026 Search Advertising Benchmarks“, updated 1 June 2026. All-industry averages for search ads.

How to use these numbers in a sales call

Use them to sanity-check a budget, never to promise a result. At the averages, $2,000 a month buys roughly 370 clicks and around 30 conversions (our arithmetic, rounded). A client needing 100 leads a month needs a budget conversation before the contract.

Averages also hide huge spread. In the same report, attorneys and legal services average $9.87 a click and home and home improvement $8.33, while arts and entertainment sits at $1.63 and restaurants at $2.05. A law-firm client and a restaurant client should never hear the same forecast. We benchmark each client against its own industry row first, then against its own history once the account has some.

In proposals, quote a 90-day target range, label it an estimate, and say what it depends on. That keeps your agency clear of Google’s rule against unrealistic claims.

Pricing

White label PPC pricing: fee models, what moves the quote and how agencies resell

White label PPC management pricing has two layers: what Digital Magma charges your agency, and what your agency charges the client. Ours is a custom quote per account, based on a brief or an audit. Yours is yours to set.

Your margin, in one line

Client fee minus partner cost minus your own account-management time. Agencies often forget the third part: someone on your side still runs the call and answers the client’s questions.

There is no partner rate card, because two accounts with the same spend can need very different hours.

Fee models agencies use with their own clients

ModelHow it is calculatedWorks well whenWatch out for
Flat monthly retainerOne fixed fee for a defined scopeSpend is stable and the scope is clearSpend doubles and the fee doesn’t
Percentage of spendA share of what the client pays GoogleAccounts that grow steadilyClients may suspect you of pushing budgets up
Base fee plus tiered percentageA floor fee, then a percentage above a spend thresholdClients with seasonal or rising spendThresholds must be written down clearly
Performance-linkedPart of the fee tied to leads or revenueRarely, with clean CRM data both sides trustArguments over attribution and lead quality

Whichever model you choose, Google’s transparency requirements apply: disclose your management fee in writing before the first purchase and on every invoice, and report Google’s cost separately. Digital Magma’s only published prices are for direct SEO clients: SEO from USD 600 a month, a one-time SEO audit at USD 500 and local SEO from USD 500 a month (for Indian businesses, local SEO is ₹40,000 a month plus GST). See SEO packages.

How your service quote is scoped

₹40,000 is our minimum paid engagement, not a fixed price for every service or a promise that every deliverable is included. For this service, the quote depends on advertising platforms, campaigns, target markets, creative production, conversion tracking and landing-page work. Advertising spend is separate from our agency fee.

Recurring work is quoted per month; a standalone audit, build or production project is quoted separately. Your proposal confirms deliverables, quantities, timelines, revisions, applicable taxes and third-party costs before work begins. Larger programmes are custom quoted with no upper price limit.

Options

White label PPC vs hiring a PPC specialist vs a freelancer

White label PPC management is the right call for agencies with a handful of paid accounts and no one to own them full time. Hiring wins once paid search becomes a large, steady line of business. Digital Magma sets out the trade-offs below.

The salary marker

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Occupational Outlook Handbook gives a median of $78,760 a year (May 2025) for “market research analysts and marketing specialists”, the nearest category to a PPC specialist. That excludes benefits, tools and recruiting time.

Our verdict

With a few accounts, a partner is usually cheaper and safer than a hire. As the book grows, many agencies hire one strategist and keep a partner for overflow and tracking. To add people instead, see hire digital marketing experts.

Choosing a partner

White label PPC partner checklist: questions to ask and red flags

White label PPC management partners all sound alike on a sales call, so test them with specific questions. Ask Digital Magma every one of these, and ask everyone else on your shortlist the same.

Questions to ask

  • Whose manager account will my client’s account sit under?
  • Who pays Google, and whose card is on file?
  • Will you share the change history and the search terms?
  • How do you test conversion tracking before launch?
  • What does your NDA cover, and will you agree not to solicit my clients?
  • Who works on my accounts, and who covers absences?
  • Can I see a report layout first?
  • Can you audit one account before we commit?

Red flags

  • The partner wants client accounts created under its own manager account or payment method
  • Customer IDs or search terms are “not available”
  • A markup on media cost, or one invoice mixing spend and fees
  • Guaranteed ROAS, lead numbers or top positions
  • The same campaign template for a dentist and a software company
  • No change log, or vague answers about who touched what

Google’s own advertiser guide says a specific ad position on Google search results cannot be guaranteed. Treat any partner who promises one with caution.

First quarter

White label PPC management timeline: the first 30, 60 and 90 days

The white label PPC management timeline for a new client splits into three blocks of roughly a month each. Exact dates go into the proposal after the audit, because a messy takeover and a fresh account move at different speeds.

Days 1–30

Access, audit, fix

Access through your manager account, the audit or plan, tracking fixed and tested, quick wins such as negatives and budget shifts, then launch or relaunch with your approval.

Days 31–60

Learn and test

Ad and landing-page tests start. Bid strategies settle as conversion data builds. The first full monthly report goes to you for review.

Days 61–90

Scale or cut

Budget moves to what works, weak campaigns are paused, Microsoft Advertising is imported if the data supports it, and you get a next-quarter plan for the client.

Tell your client early that the first month is about clean data. Smart bidding needs a learning period after big changes, so week-two numbers are a poor basis for a verdict.

Avoid these

White label PPC mistakes agencies make (and how to avoid them)

The costliest white label PPC management mistakes happen before launch or in the contract. Digital Magma sees the same six in accounts that agencies bring over from other partners.

Launching before tracking works

The bid strategy learns from bad data for weeks. Fix: a tracking test log before the first click is bought.

Reporting cost per lead and nothing else

Leads get cheaper, sales stay flat, and the client notices first. Fix: report on qualified leads. Our lead quality audit guide shows how.

Several clients in one account

It breaks Google’s one-advertiser-per-account rule and muddles Quality Score history. Fix: one account per client.

Hiding the management fee

Google requires it in writing before the first purchase and on each invoice. Fix: a separate fee line, every time.

Broad match and Performance Max with no guardrails

Money flows to loose searches and to brand traffic the client would have had anyway. Fix: negatives and brand exclusions.

Letting the partner own the account

Leaving then means losing the history. Fix: client-owned accounts under your manager account.

One more, from Google’s advertiser guide: Google does not show more than one ad for a business on a page of search results. Two accounts bidding for the same client mostly compete with each other.

Honest answer

White label PPC: when white label is not the right fit

White label PPC management is the wrong tool in five situations, and Digital Magma would rather tell you in the first call than take on an account that cannot work. Each comes with what to do instead.

Skip white label when

  • The client’s budget is tiny. If the management fee rivals the media spend, the maths fails. Instead: a one-off build plus training, or local SEO first.
  • The vertical needs in-market licences or certifications. Some healthcare, financial services and gambling categories under Google’s restricted policies need the advertiser certified locally, and the client may expect regulatory answers from its manager. Instead: a specialist in that market.
  • Changes are needed minute by minute in the client’s business day. Live trading, flash sales or hourly stock swings need someone in the same time zone. Instead: in-house or a local partner.
  • Nobody at your agency owns the client conversation. A partner layer then just adds delay. Instead: refer the client for a direct engagement on our PPC services page.
  • The client won’t grant access or share conversion data. No partner can do good work blind. Instead: wait until it will.

When organic should come first

Some clients ask for ads because ads feel faster, when the underlying problem is a site that doesn’t convert or doesn’t rank for its own brand. Paid traffic to a weak page burns money. For those clients, a Discuss Your Project is the better first step.

The trade-off you accept

Any partner means written briefs, a change log and a monthly call in place of watching the account daily. Plan for some hours a month on your side, more in the first quarter.

What is white label PPC management?

White label PPC management means a specialist partner runs pay-per-click campaigns that an agency sells under its own brand. The agency owns the client relationship, pricing and reporting. The partner, here Digital Magma, handles audits, builds, optimisation and report drafts for Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

How does white label Google Ads management work?

The client’s Google Ads account links to your agency’s manager account, and the partner’s specialists work as users inside it. You brief the partner, approve plans and launches, and send reports in your branding. The client sees your agency’s name throughout.

Will my client see Digital Magma in their Google Ads account?

In the recommended set-up, the client’s Managers list shows your agency’s manager account, and reports carry your brand. A client Admin can view users across the full hierarchy, so agencies wanting only their own domain visible usually issue their own logins. We agree this at onboarding.

Who owns the Google Ads account and the data?

The advertiser should own its account, payment method and data, with one of its own users holding Admin access. Your agency manages it through your manager account. Digital Magma keeps no claim on campaigns, audiences or history when a partnership ends.

Who pays Google for the ad spend?

In the set-up we recommend, the client pays Google directly with its own payment method. Your agency invoices the client for management, and Digital Magma invoices your agency. Google’s true cost stays visible to the client, as Google’s transparency requirements expect.

How much does white label PPC management cost?

Digital Magma quotes white label PPC management per client account, after a brief or an audit. Platforms, campaign count, spend, feed complexity, tracking work and reporting frequency all move the quote. There is no published partner rate card, and your agency sets its own client price.

Do I have to tell my client about my management fee?

Google’s transparency requirements say a third party charging a management fee must disclose it in writing before each first purchase and on all customer invoices. As the reseller, that duty sits with your agency.

Which platforms do you manage?

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen and remarketing) and Microsoft Advertising are the core. Paid social on Meta and LinkedIn is available as custom scope through our online advertising team.

Do you handle both ecommerce and lead-generation accounts?

Digital Magma handles both. Ecommerce accounts run against a ROAS target set from the client’s margins. Lead-generation accounts run against cost per qualified lead, ideally with CRM data sent back through offline conversion import.

Can you audit an existing account before we commit?

Send read-only access to one client account and Digital Magma will review structure, tracking, search terms and wasted spend, then send written findings and a custom quote. An NDA can come first.

Do you sign an NDA and agree not to solicit our clients?

Digital Magma signs an NDA on request and does not contact your clients unless you ask. Any non-solicitation clause is discussed in the partner terms for each agency, so share the wording you need early.

Can your team join calls with our client?

Only if you ask. By default your agency runs every client conversation. Some partners bring us in for a technical call, such as a tracking review with the client’s developer, introduced however you prefer.

Is there a minimum contract or number of accounts?

Digital Magma publishes no minimum. Terms, notice periods and account numbers are set in the proposal for each agency. Starting with one client account is a sensible way to judge the work.

Can you guarantee ROAS or a number of leads?

No partner can honestly guarantee ROAS or lead numbers before seeing the data, and Google’s third-party policy prohibits unrealistic claims about results. Digital Magma gives a target range after the audit and reports against it monthly.

Why use a white label PPC agency in India?

Cost and coverage. An India-based team costs less than a US, UK or Australian hire, and its working day covers North American nights. Digital Magma works Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 9 pm IST, with a named contact for your agency.
