These terms cover two things: your use of digitalmagma.com, and the marketing services Digital Magma provides to clients. Digital Magma is a digital marketing agency based in Sector 137, Noida 201305, Uttar Pradesh, India, run by its founder, Ankit Sachan. If you work with us, your written proposal or agreement sits on top of these terms. Where the two differ, the proposal wins.
Using this website
- You may read, share and link to our pages. Please do not copy our articles, images or page designs onto another site, or scrape the site with automated tools, without written permission.
- Our blog posts and guides are general information. They are not advice for your specific business, and search engines change their rules often, so check before acting on anything you read here.
- Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
- Please do not use our forms to send spam, harmful code or false information.
Our services and scope
Before any paid work starts, we send a written scope. It lists what we will do, the monthly or one-time fee, the reporting you will get and the notice period. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we do it.
Prices and payment
- Our published SEO prices are ₹14,999 a month for local SEO, ₹29,999 a month for local and national SEO, and ₹14,999 one-time for an SEO audit. GST is added to all prices.
- Every other service is priced by custom quote.
- Payment dates are written on your proposal and invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it clears.
- Advertising spend on platforms such as Google Ads or Meta is separate from our management fee, unless your proposal says otherwise.
Results and what we cannot promise
No honest agency can guarantee a ranking, a traffic number or a number of leads, and we do not. Google, AI search tools and ad platforms decide what they show, and they change their systems without notice. What we do promise is the work in your scope, done carefully, with a clear report every month on what changed and why.
What we need from you
- Timely access to your website, analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile or ad accounts, as the scope needs.
- Feedback and approvals within a reasonable time. Delays on your side can push timelines back.
- Accurate information about your business. You are responsible for the claims, prices and offers we publish on your instructions.
- Confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, any logos, images and text you send us.
Ownership of the work
Once the related invoice is paid in full, the content, pages and reports we create for you belong to you. Your accounts, such as your website, domain, Google Business Profile and ad accounts, always stay in your name. Our own tools, templates and working methods remain ours.
Confidentiality
We keep your business data, logins and reports private and use them only to do your work. We do not name clients in our case studies without permission; the results we show are anonymised. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
Ending the work
We do not tie monthly plans to long lock-in periods. Either side can end a monthly plan with written notice, as set out in your proposal. You pay for work done up to the end of the notice period, and we hand over the reports, content and access details that belong to you.
Limits of our liability
We are not liable for losses caused by search engine or platform changes, outages of third-party services, or actions taken on your accounts by other people. Where we are responsible for a loss, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh. Before going to court, we would much rather talk it through, so please write to us first.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Changes do not affect a proposal you have already signed.
